Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final (custom-made items)

Each ShopNesClub piece is carefully made to order and/ or customized. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are not offered.

 

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos/video showing the issue.

If approved, we’ll assess the best solution (replacement, repair, or another resolution at our discretion).
